Acceptance

These terms govern your use of www.lifetime-lighting.com and any estimate request, conversation, or work you ask us to do. By submitting a request or hiring us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not ask us to work.

Services described

Lifetime Lighting installs permanent LED architectural lighting on homes and businesses in northern Idaho. The system mounts under the soffit and behind the fascia. It does not attach to the roof, roof seams, or gutters, and no wiring runs inside walls. “Roofline” describes the visual effect. We work from Post Falls.

A page on this site is a description, not a promise that every home can take the product. If the house is the wrong fit, we will say so.

Estimates and pricing

An estimate is our written price for the work described on it. It is valid for 30 days from the date on the estimate. Final pricing is confirmed on site. If the measured length or the scope changes, the price changes with it, and we tell you before we start.

Work begins after a 50% deposit. The balance is due on completion.

Warranty

The warranty is five years. It covers the product and our craftsmanship. It is one figure, not two, and it is not a “lifetime” warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• An installation we did not perform.
• Alteration, repair, or relocation of the system by anyone other than us.
• Damage from misuse or from work done to the building around it.

Scheduling and cancellation

We schedule after the deposit is received and any materials are in hand. Weather and access can move a date. We will tell you as soon as we know.

If you cancel before we start, we refund the unused portion of the deposit after any ordered materials that cannot be returned. If you cancel after work has begun, you pay for work and materials already used.

Communications and consent

When you submit an estimate request with a phone number, we may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about that request. What we send is estimate follow-ups, scheduling, and service reminders. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing lists.

Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from us, or decline, whether or not you agree to texts or calls.

Text opt-out. Reply STOP to any text message. We also honour a request sent to admin@lifetime-lighting.com or made by calling (208) 449-7859 and asking us to stop texting.

Texts from this company often arrive on a personal phone through a tap-to-text link, not through a carrier messaging platform. STOP is not applied automatically in that case. If you opt out by phone or email, we add the number to our internal list by hand.

Call opt-out. Call or email and ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call list. We honour the request within 30 days and keep the entry indefinitely.

Email opt-out. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or ask us directly at admin@lifetime-lighting.com.

We keep the exact wording you agreed to, the time, and the IP address from the submission, together with a record of every opt-out. Consent and opt-out records are kept for at least four years after the last contact. Do Not Call entries are kept indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Idaho law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site, an estimate, or the work. Our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. This does not limit liability that Idaho law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute is a court of competent jurisdiction in Idaho.
