Five steps. One day on a ladder, and it's ours.
Here is the whole process, including the parts most companies leave off the brochure.
- Measure
We walk around the house and measure every run — eaves, peaks, dormers, porch roofs, returns. You don't need to be there. We'll ask what you want lit, and that one question saves more money than anything else.
30–45 minutes. Free.
- Design
You get an itemized quote — linear feet, channel colour, controller, any extra zones. We bring the colour wheel so you can match the channel against your trim in daylight. Price is good for 30 days.
1–2 days. 50% down to schedule.
- Install
A two-person crew mounts the channel under the soffit and behind the fascia, seats the lights, and conceals the run. Nothing attaches to the roof.
One day. You don't need to be home.
- Set up
Before we leave, we put the app on your phone, connect the controller, and set up your everyday white, a schedule, and whatever holiday is closest. You'll know how to change it yourself before the truck pulls out.
20 minutes, after dark where we can.
- Support
Five-year warranty covering the product and our craftsmanship. We register the install for you at handover. We're in Post Falls, so a service call is a drive rather than a dispatch.
Scheduled within a week in season.
When to book
Demand is not evenly spread across the year, and it's worth knowing which way it cuts.
| Jan – Mar | Quietest. Best scheduling, and weather-dependent. |
|---|---|
| Apr – Aug | Ideal. Two-week lead times, dry install conditions. |
| September | Last comfortable month to book for the holidays. |
| Oct – Dec | Busy. Lead times stretch; some weeks close entirely. |
Process questions
How long from the first call to lights on?
About two weeks in the normal season. The estimate happens within a few days of your call, material lands roughly a week after you approve, and the install is one day. October and November run longer — book by September if you want it on for the holidays.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. Fifty percent down on every job to schedule. The balance is due on completion, after the walkthrough, once the system is running the way you want it.
What does the warranty cover?
Five-year warranty on the product and our craftsmanship. We register the install for you at handover, so if a segment fails we come out and replace it.
Start with the measurement.
It's free, it takes half an hour, and you get an itemized number. Fifty percent down if you book.
