What we collect
When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email address, and property address. We also collect the page you came from, any campaign tags on the link, and a first-party visitor identifier so we can see which pages led to a request.
If you call or email us, we keep the contact details you give us and notes from that conversation. Staff may add a second phone or email when you provide one.
The site records first-party analytics events (page views, form opens, and similar). We do not use a third-party advertising pixel for this.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, schedule a visit, send an estimate, and follow up about the work. We also use it to keep an internal record of consent and of anyone who has asked not to be called, texted, or emailed.
Site analytics tell us which pages people read and whether a visit became a request. They are not used to sell ads.
We do not sell phone numbers
Phone numbers collected on this site are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party processors
We use other companies to run the site and deliver messages. They process data on our instructions, not for their own marketing:
- Supabase — database and staff login.
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Resend — sends estimate and notification emails.
- Google Maps — address autocomplete on the estimate form, when that field is used.
If we send a text from a registered messaging number, the carrier and the messaging vendor see the number and the message in order to deliver it. That is delivery, not a marketing share.
Cookies and first-party analytics
We set a first-party visitor identifier in the browser so analytics events can be tied to one visit. We do not use that identifier to advertise to you on other sites. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser; a new visit will look like a new visitor.
Data retention
Lead records stay as long as we need them to do the work and to keep a history of the job. Records of consent (the exact wording shown, the time, and the IP address) and of opt-out are kept for at least four years after the last contact. Do Not Call, do-not-text, and do-not-email entries on our suppression list are kept indefinitely.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you on a given channel. Send the request to admin@lifetime-lighting.com or call (208) 449-7859. We will say what we can do and what we have to keep (for example, a suppression entry or a consent record).
Text opt-out, call opt-out, and email opt-out are described in the Communications and consent section of the Terms of Service.
Children's privacy
This site is for homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email admin@lifetime-lighting.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change is material we will say so on the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you have read the new version.
